Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

The best bank I have dealt with

Having been a previous company owner/Director, I changed banks several times due to mismanagement of my account and other matters. When I retired, I was recommended to move to Barclays, as these are excellent. The Barclays App in my phone gives me instant access to my accounts, with the ability make payments ans move money between accounts. Chane or cancel Direct Debits and Standing Orders. One of the best features is the ability to contact to a very helpful Bank employee at any time to assist me with any problems and advise. Well done Barclays Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Easy to use and very good safety

Excellent Mobile Banking App

I can’t remember the last time I logged into to make a transaction online. The mobile banking app allows you to carry out most of the transactions (inc international transactions) I need to make. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Convenient

With the Barclays app on the phone I can do all my banking, transfers and bill paying ... I can order foreign currency and choose where to collect it. This is all so simple that even I, at 65 find it simple! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
