Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Easy to use banking app

Barclays banking

They are really helpful, the online banking app is brilliant, easy to transfer money, student over draft team are amazing, they always send information on new products and changes to your account they always notify you. Easy to set up the baking app too, very easy to get access for help and calling the helpline through the options there’s even a live chat option. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Very easy to ude

Since the first day I started using the Barclays mobile banking app it has been so easy to manage my money from transferring to receiving cash back. All throughout the app it is so simple and easy to use. They also have a very easily accessible feature that allows you to talk to a Barclays employee if you need any assistance with anything.
