Fantastic mobile banking app and great branch customer service

The mobile banking app is absolutely fantastic! It makes my life easier, enabling me to do most of my transactions from the comfort of my own home. I still enjoy the choice of being able to visit the lovely staff at Merthyr Tydfil branch too. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Simple easy and flexible

I love my account, in fact I have had the same account since I was 16 years old ( that's going back a bit ) never needed to change it, never had any problems and there are lots of added extras I can choose from if I wish to. Very satisfied customer. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

very useful and easy to app
