allways ready to help regardless how busy they are

Supportive Bankin Partner

Have been banking with Barclays since mid 1960's- when I had a passbook and only a handful of coins to deposit. I felt just as valued by Barclays then -as I do now. Over the years since that time -whenever there has been a problem -this was resolved speedily. Cannot fault both Barclays and Barclaycard online banking. Reviewed on: 4th December 2018

Best app, best for reliability, and customer service.

Never had a problem with Barclays, and I have been with most other U.K. banks. Their customer service is second to none, especially with their live chat feature on the banking app. Definitely the best banking app of them all. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2018
