Ive been with Barclays for eighteen years

I’ve had a bank account with Barclays for 18 years and I don’t see myself changing any time soon. Very easy online banking, good customer service. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Never had a problem

I opened my Barclays account when I was 18 and have never felt the need to change, almost 20 years of excellent service. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Very simple to use

not as user friendly as my other online account (Lloyds)

The Most unhelpful bank

I have banked with Barclays for over 10 years and anytime I have needed help with any matter they have never helped not even tried to help resolve any issues I have had I would never recommend them to anyone The only reason I still bank with them is because it is the closest bank to we’re I live and if need to deposit money into the account it’s only a five minute drive to the most unhelpful bank I have ever came across Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

They change their packs a lot and are very expensive
