Great, long lasting service with multiple accounts

I have been with Barclays for many years, both current , student and graduate accounts and all have been no hastle whatsoever. Tried to open accounts with other banks but always returned to Barclays. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

Mediocre service

I have been a Barclays customer since I was 12 years old. Despite this loyalty (25 years) I think it is fair to say that I have only mediocre feelings towards the bank and would not go out of my way to recommend them to others. They definitely seem to fall short of the likes of Santander and nationwide for offering existing customers better rates and cash back rewards etc. Reviewed on: 6th August 2017

30 years and no complaints

Need for more cyber attack security

In previous years, I've had to change my card a few times, as they have been used by strangers. Barclays need to rethink their security because this sort of thing shouldn't be happening to we customers. Reviewed on: 28th July 2017

Not very helpful

Fees are expensive

Always helping me out

I know Barclays get bad reviews like most big banks but they have always helped me out when I needed an overdraft or opening another account. I like their website so I'm staying although it's tempting to leave when other banks offer £200 to go to them... I wish Barclays paid me somthing for staying... Reviewed on: 21st July 2017
