Great Bank to be with

Been with these for years, never had any problems, always send me reviews of my account for loans and mortgages, they have a great service in store, online and thru the app, would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

App hasnt been working for months!

Old-fashioned

Could be more customer focussed...

The account does what it needs to do, but it doesn't feel tailored to customer needs. I would also appreciate going into a branch and not being pointed towards the machines to complete transactions. I know this is not the fault of the staff, as it seems the company need to invest in more ground level employees and management, rather than higher level bonuses.
