Patchy service, unnecessary hassle with machines!

Product OK, does what it needs to as a bank account. The staff are generally friendly, but I don't appreciate it when they want to pass you off to a machine to do as much as possible, rather than deal with a person directly (basically encouraging their own disappearance from the high street). I know this isn't through their own choice, as staff seem in short supply. Maybe invest in the ground floor staff, rather than Director/Higher Management bonuses? Reviewed on: 15th May 2017

excellent everyday banking with super easy mobile app

Every experience I have with barclays is very straightforward. They always resolve any problems I have with my account. The mobile app is the best on the market as I can do most of my banking with it and it is really fast and secure. Would never change

Reliable bank

I have been their customer for a decade now, it is average bank when it comes to interest rate deals, but I kind of feel safe, as customer and banking service is on high level. I especially love chat option in my online banking, what saves me lots of time going to the branch personally. Reviewed on: 30th April 2017
