Definitely room for improvement

Up until 2 years ago I absolutely recommended Barclays to everyone… but no longer.. service has gone out of the window, majority of branches have shut, there’s no perks and I’ve somehow been the victim of fraud more times than I can count and I even got locked out of my bank account for a month after bringing it to theyre attention.. my mental and physical health have not been added to my account information regardless of it being requested more than once and I find that customer service including instant message are rude and not helpful… Reviewed on: 4th July 2022

Can't login or get help for simplest thing

I have been trying to get help to login to the app or chat online but seems hopeless. Very frustrating Reviewed on: 29th June 2022

Not friendly for Ukrainian refugees

We wanted to open an account but the way to manage this was so complicated, like a real quest. They didn't pay attention to the whole situation and the circumstances we are in. Luckily there are other banks that kindly helped us. So yes, I definitely would not recommend this banks to other foreigners. Reviewed on: 15th June 2022

Worst bank ever!!!
