If you joint this bank expect HOURS on the phone waiting to talk to someone, who when you finally get through they can't help so transfer you BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PHONE QUEUE. Worst bank ever

3 month to apply for bounce back loan, 15 hours on the phone , two weeks after approval and still no funds. Staff unable to help. Two complaints ignored will be changing bank Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Horrible bank

It's the most horrible bank.I being international student had a students account with Barclays.4 days ago it suddenly blocked my online banking n debit card without any reason.My every penny is legal n it blocked my money without caring for customers right.I will take the matter with UOB students guild n fight against the fake bank n ask UOB to consider it's branch at UOB. I have always found the staff helpful on site and on the phone. They have made my life banking with the so much easier. I love the Barclays app especially during Covid19 just an amazing back.
