Horrible bank

It's the most horrible bank.I being international student had a students account with Barclays.4 days ago it suddenly blocked my online banking n debit card without any reason.My every penny is legal n it blocked my money without caring for customers right.I will take the matter with UOB students guild n fight against the fake bank n ask UOB to consider it's branch at UOB. Barclays is one of the best banks............In the World!

I have always found the staff helpful on site and on the phone. They have made my life banking with the so much easier. I love the Barclays app especially during Covid19 just an amazing back. Absolutely disgusted

I am absolutely disgusted with Barclays Bank and will be changing to another bank ASAP. I had my account scammed back in February and they took an large amount of it, I rang them that night about the case and they said I will get my money back in within 2 weeks... I am still waiting 4 months down the line. I have rang over 20 times about this and have either giving a number doesn’t work, been cut off or been told they can’t do anything.... you are my bank you should keep my money safe. I’m livid with Barclays and how they have treated me through this tough time. I would not recommend anyone to trust Barclays Bank with your money. Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

Not there when needed

Stay away

I wanted to swop my PDQ machine Providers for my business and Barclays had a good offer on for the lockdown. It offered all kinds of help during lockdown after talking over and negotiating cost we locked a deal in, i then signed the contract and let my old providers go. I get a phone call telling due to lockdown they will not honour the contract and that somewhere in the T&Cs it would say the contact only counts if underwriters are happy and due to Covid 19 they are not happy about new custom. To sum up.... My business is now left with out any way of taking card payments, The Lockdown deal contract was not honoured due to lockdown. Stay away Reviewed on: 15th June 2020
