Great Bank

Always a good experience with Barclays -great customer service experience, good app, useful add on packs have been convenient for me Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021

Easy to use

Barclays may not have the best rates on interest etc but I would choose them every time based on their app alone! It is easy to use and has so many great features, letting you make overseas payments, pay in cheques, check spending categories and so much more. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021

Barclays Blue Rewards

I have a bank account & Mortgage, and receive £12.00 every month, after paying a £4.00 fee for Blue Rewards Their app is very good, and when I previously switched an account to them, they doubled my Blue Rewards for 1 year, so I feel quite positive about them Reviewed on: 21st February 2021

Worst customer service

One of the worst customer service ever out there. Hanging up on people. Absolutely disgusting. We were scammed by someone using an account in your bank and instead of getting reassurance from you that something is being done, that this is being looked at, your customer service is just rude, absolutley awful and treats the victims like criminals. It feels like you like protecting the criminals using your accounts. You are absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Reviewed on: 21st February 2021

Helpful bank.

When my son was about 4 years old I was withdrawing cash in the bank. He noticed that there was a card left in an automatic banking machine. He gave it to the teller, who made a fuss of him and rewarded him with a biscuit. My son is now 27 and still remembers the kindness of that teller. When he wanted to open his own bank account he would only consider Barclays. Reviewed on: 20th February 2021

Highly recommended!

Since I have opened an account with Barclays I have had no issues. The staff in branch are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. Just wish I’d switched banks sooner! Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Easy Simply Bank

Had no problems setting my bank account up. Since then it’s been really easy to access money whenever I need to. Not only that but I have tons of other cool features that I can use, such as customising my debit card, putting limits to how much I spend and so much more.
