Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

How easy to do the hard things!

The app makes everything so easy from paying bills to sorting a loan in seconds. The view on screen is good too and was so amazed how simple my daughter managed to open her help to buy ISA all done in a minute or less! Reviewed on: 23rd December 2019

easy banking, difficult to deal with in case of fraud

Banking with Barclays is easy. I've had an account with them for as long as i can remember. However,I had money stolem from my account by fraudsters a few times. Some being subscriptions that somehow Barclays was not able to cancel several months in a row. In the third month happening they refused to refund me the cost anymore with no explanation.
