Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Terrible!

Don’t use them - I’ve been with them for over 10 years and i’ve always had issues e.g over the phone, in bank, app, online etc and just don’t trust them anymore. I always know if I need something sorted, I need at least a full day free to sort it out! Reviewed on: 24th November 2019
