Replacement Debit Card

Last weekend I misplaced my debit card, I say I lost it, but it was last seen in the hands of my four year old!!! Through my Barclays Mobile APP I was able to report the card lost, cancel it and order a new one in less than a minute. The new card arrived with me within 3 working days. An account that has grown with me from graduate to business founder.

Barclays never give me a reason to grumble. I find their call centre staff excellent and online tools easy-to-use. I am really happy with the perks that I get from my account and they have always provided excellent advice and support. Everything from managing an overdraft as a student to commercial business services now, as a business owner. I highly recommend! Reviewed on: 20th October 2014
