Brilliant service! Highly recommend!

Ian and the team at BBS were amazing. Ian was super helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He made the application process so easy and was available if I had any issues. The admin team were quick and thorough. These guys honestly have such amazing mortgage service, it way exceeds most of the larger high street mortgage lenders. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Professional and personal, first class in all aspects.

A refreshing change to be a customer of an organisation that clearly see its members as individuals. How nice to be able to talk to somebody on the phone without having to go through countless menu options. Queries always dealt with promptly and with clarity. I would highly recommend.
