BBS were great for our guest house mortgage

Bath Building Society was very flexible and set up a mortgage for our guest house. All the other lenders we approached (Lloyds, Natwest, Halifax etc.) were unable to help because we didn't fall into a standard tickbox category. The rate was always competitive, we had a series of discounted rate deals. Been with them for about 20 years. I highly recommend BBS. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

Bath Building Society: Buy for Uni Mortgage

My son took out a Buy for Uni mortgage with Bath and we worked with Ian Birch as our advisor, and he was excellent: very helpful and thorough at every step of the process and very responsive to our queries. The wider mortgage process team also very good and timely in responses.
