Online chat with human agent

I really like the service Harry the online chat agent provides. Twice I've contacted chat, twice I got Harry (assuming everyone is not called Harry) and twice he helped me. Harry's a good lad (or lass) Reviewed on: 11th September 2023

Very Good Customer Service

Once I was able to get to a person (Jess Weekes) the customer service was very good. Jess answered my questions quickly, and confirmed everything that I needed. She even checked that my email was working correctly, as I had never received the automated email in regards to my application. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
