Really helpful live chat team

Got through to Harry on the live chat and he answered my questions about interest rates and the mobile app launch clearly, and quickly. He mentioned increased customer communications due to some fixed rate ISAs maturing, so given this, I was incredibly impressed how quickly I was able to connect to an agent. My only feedback/suggestion would be that a queuing system is implemented on the telephone line rather than leaving a voicemail - I was unable to get through but was reluctant to leave a voicemail. That said, when I got through on the live chat, I experienced the signature high quality service that bath building society offers. Reviewed on: 5th January 2023
