Locally the best Easy Access provider with a passbook.

The Building Society allows you to open an Easy Access account and also a 60-day savings account with a passbook so making it easy for people with do not have online access. A huge convenience for many people. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Competitive rates and excellent service

Particularly forward looking for children's accounts. When other banks are offering short term, one off products Bath have an excellent children's account and, unlike most other banks, who don't seem to want to know, a very good offering for 16-17 years olds. As a parent, I want to keep saving for my children for as long as possible and Bath gives me the ability to do that. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Exceptional Customer Service

The customer service of the Society is exceptional. A "HUMAN BEING", not a "VIRTUAL ASSISTANT" is readily available and the question posed is, in my experience, answered with knowledge and expertise. The value and confidence of conversing with a human being should never underestimated. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Friendly, fair and local
