Best Customer Experience

It is so refreshing to be able to enjoy the personal service you get as a saver at Bath Building Society, something which seemingly doesn't exist elsewhere anymore. The staff are always friendly and polite as one might expect but they always make the extra effort to make you feel valued as a customer. Furthermore, the society is up there with the market leaders in the interest rate stakes and, at the time of writing, offer an excellent instant access rate exceeding 3%. Bath Building Society seems to be the last vestige of an age where personal service mattered to both the customer and organisation and those of us who are used to 'old fashioned' ways who are so often forced into adopting technology in order to get what we need, can still get the service we enjoyed in days gone by with a competitive product to match. Outstanding personal service, welcoming well trained team in the local branch

A hallmark of the service offered is the friendly, well trained and knowledgeable team in both the local branches and the head office. Maybe not offering the top savings rates but this is more than made up by the office teams Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Good service

It’s nice to deal with people face to face, easy to deposit money and to collect funds. Being old school this means so much to me , not everyone wants to do transactions on line , human interaction means so much. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

A simply outstanding building society

The Bath Building Society, is absolutely outstanding, it treats its customers thoughtfully, and professionally, nothing is too much trouble, to help and assist its savers, if has a really good range of products at super savings rates, which are rarely found elsewhere, you ate trested as an individual, and they provide a really personal service to each and every one, what else could you possibly wish for Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

When you ring Bath Building Society branches you get connected to a real person within seconds who actual work in the Branch who are always extremely informative, helpful and friendly.
