Excellent service

The Society always gives good advice, especially with fixed term savings - I rely on their recommendations to transfer to a different product/service. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I phone or go in to the office with a query, or ask for advice or help. They keep me well informed when interest rates decrease or increase. Customer service still exists

Sound local building society

Have been a member at various times for many years with a Cash ISA previously and a Regular Savings Account at the moment. Good rates of interest offered in both high and low interest periods. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Friendly helpful staff

Needed help in choosing what savings product to use the staff were helpful and gave me easy to read literature and I was able to decide what product to invest in. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Great service and rates

They keep their savings rates competitive so you dont need to keep switching between banks/building societies. Also if you need help you can always speak to a person. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
