Account opening process - On-line Chat support

I had a problem accessing my account on-line, but the Chat service (Louise) was very helpful and efficient in getting that resolved and then confirming what needed doing to complete my Grandson's Junior Saver application. Reviewed on: 12th July 2022

SO far SO great

Loved being able to open accounts in branch and have friendly and nice help. First time using online chat-which usually is very frustrating- was much better than usual- thank you to the nice staff Tracey and Louisa who are the main people I have met so far. Initial contact not good. Agent irritated I was asking questions about a downloadable document's contents. The letter is v. difficult to read - grey on white and small print. Subsequent phone conversation with Jon Sweating was excellent. Reviewed on: 30th June 2022

Not having brilliant eye sight myself, small fonts and inappropriate font colours is one of my pet hates and we are trying to eliminate this from all of our paperwork and our website etc. We may have some way to go but we are working on it.
