Agent resolved the issue via online chat straight away and send me email confirmation

I have asked the agent as to how can I deposit money into my newly opened regular saving account, and how long it takes for me to see the deposit online. Although I was told it will not be the same day rather the next day to see it she is happy to honor the deposit as the November deposit and I can make a fresh new deposit for December.
