Always friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly, helpful staff. Could make payments into accounts via BACs easier, many banks don’t recognise the bank account and sort code you give to do this and keeps bouncing back. Would like to be able to do more on line banking with you. Reviewed on: 4th June 2021

Excellent service

Excellent Customer Service

BIBS provide an old fashioned customer orientated service which is sadly dying out elsewhere. The staff are without exception friendly, helpful and cooperative and go to great lengths to help the customer. I strongly recommend holding an investment account with BIBS as it allows you to carry out many financial transactions which one might otherwise have to queue up for in the bank. If there is anything else you could do better it would be to offer higher investment interest rates. Well done to all staff at Moorland Road! Reviewed on: 31st May 2021
