Could not be better!

Support officer was very helpful and able to help in all respects. It would be better if when 'chatting', the system did not automatically transmit the message after detecting the RETURN key being hit. It forces the customer into sending multiple transmissions or alternatively sending a message without being able to start a new paragraph. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2020

Very fast, efficient, work on email.

I enjoy working with them. I have a direct line to my manager here, and can deal with any issues quickly. Working with smaller banks is like going back in time, and is so much easier! Reviewed on: 18th December 2020
