Bath building society, the only building society in Wellington (Somerset)

When it is open, it is really handy to know that there is somewhere local to deposit your money safely. My aunt lives in Wellington, and doesn't have a bank account, so she uses it as well. There is now only one bank (Lloyds) branch in Wellington. The assistants are always helpful, and polite, and hopefully the branch agency will reopen again soon. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Bath-ing(sic) in trusted communication

The staff -always answer the telephone promptly and are always polite -they can answer all questions asked without hesitation -transfers either way are completed quickly and efficiently However I would like an email advising when interest will be paid into bank as I tend to forget . Great local building society but confusing on-line account

Bath Building Society is a great local society for Bath. My extremely secure online account has been a little frustrating as the different passwords are confusing. Simplifying the logging in process in a secure way would be really helpful. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
