Great local building society but confusing on-line account

Bath Building Society is a great local society for Bath. My extremely secure online account has been a little frustrating as the different passwords are confusing. Simplifying the logging in process in a secure way would be really helpful. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

If only other banks served so well!

Despite the limited need for attention with my Business Bond, when I ring the receptionist is always cheery andd responds quickly with the documents I need. Natwest and Santander in contrast are a nightmare of inefficiency, as if customers are a nuisance! Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
