Nice people nice position

friendly and helpful and act on instruction promptly

We have been customers for many years now and always found the service good and until recently the rates have been favourable. We understand that little can be done about the falling rates of interest in recent years and have confidence that they will offer the best they can. Sometimes we find we have to ring for a tax statement and cannot get one on line which could be improved. The reason I would not recommend them to people is that our friends and family are not in Bath or the area. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

I was always sure of good service and I have found your staff most helpful

I am pleased to support a Bath-based organisation and have found for many years that you are always prompt and clear with information. I greatly appreciate the fact that you have a branch in Moorland Road particularly now that I am older and less mobile. The staff there are patient, charming and efficient.
