Lovely Oldfield Park Branch

I always use the Oldfield Park branch, and find all the staff are very kind and friendly to me, as well as being very efficient. It’s great to have a local branch to use. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Great customer service

I was dreading contacting Bath Building Society to sort out online banking but the phone was answered very quickly and Chris guided me patiently through the process and it’s all sorted. Very different experience to trying to achieve the same with NatWest - when I spent ages on the phone not getting anywhere fast. Much better customer service from Bath Building Society. App issues - fixed through superb service!

I had an issue with the BBS app where I was unable to login, despite being able to access their online services via web browser. I spoke to Chris who walked me through various troubleshooting issues before eventually decided the issue required a fix to the app itself. He was honest about the issue, and within a few days the app updated and everything was resolved. He was diligent at contacting me and keeping me in the loop. A really personal customer service experience. Gives me lots of confidence they would be able to address any issues in the future! Reviewed on: 17th March 2025

Prompt service

I locked myself out of my internet banking. Rang them and was sorted within minutes. I sent my passbooks to be made up at the same time and were returned promptly. I havw also used the next day withdrawal by email faciility and have received the money in my nominated account the same day. Excellent. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

Simple and quick to open new counts

Came into Wood Street to open a fixed rate ISA. It was a very simple process and Rachelle was very friendly and helpful. Will now look into opening other accounts. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025
