It's always a pleasure to call into the Bath building society, such friendly staff and it still holds traditional values. So much nicer to be a member of this society than the bigger businesses. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

Helpful staff

I like being able to go into my local branch on Moorland Road. The customer service at that branch and I he branch in town is always excellent. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

I think they are a good local Building Society.

I think they are a good alll round building society. Although I never tried to borrow from them so other than the ISA saving A/C. which they keep me fully informed I cannot speak for their other services Reviewed on: 17th October 2024
