Putting wrongs right

Things can and do go wrong from time to time. That does not bother me that much but how a society resolves the issue is very important to me. I an issue with a small ISA which went unnoticed for some time. After pointing out the error, I felt that I had personal attention right up to time of resolution. Faith restored! It is important for me that I can transact directly with Bath Building Society as I am registered blind and can’t use apps and online facilities. The staff are always amazing at Wood Street and the accounts they offer meet my needs. It is lovely to be able to connect with real people who go out of their way to help me. There was a new teller in the wood street branch today. They were obviously being trained but a very experienced teller. I found the experience interring and was assured that by her training he would be excellent at their job. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025
