Good, friendly, local building society.

I have had a Bath Investment Building Society savings account for around 45 years. I have never had any problem with their service. The staff, some of which have worked there for many years, are always friendly and helpful. They give the impression that they are happy in their work, so I imagine BIBS must be a good employer who treats their staff well, which in turn benefits both the company and the customers.
