Competitive interest rates led me to opening an account with you, but I did expect more information from you (such as your T&Cs and how to operate the account) in a welcome pack. All good, like that someone answers the phone quickly and knows what they're talking about, are polite, friendly and helpful. Also, that things are done quickly and efficiently, even by post. Very importantly, no only internet managed! I don't do internet banking, so Bath and other building societies are great!. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024
