Great building society

Branch staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. New(ish) app and website are great. Never had a single problem in over 5 years of saving with them. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Truly excellent across the board.

Customer Service is excellent, in store they are very friendly and helpful whenever you drop in. They are very responsive over email/messages and manage the tone of communications well. You get the impression that they are always striving to better the experience, exemplified by the introduction of a new app this year. They also have some competitive rates, in fact, I joined them because they had a savings account that (for my needs) beat all the competitors. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
