All round amazing !

I just love them! By far my favourite building society / bank account provider! As a student wanting to save money they have amazing interest rates ! Their customer services is lovely, never left on hold to long, questions are answered and problems are solved! The app and online service makes everything so much faster and easier ! They are WINNERS for me!

I have been a customer of Bath Building Society for over 60 years and value the fact that they put themselves out to help their customers....even the staff doing shopping for elderly people who are unable to get out to the shops.
