Putting wrongs right

Things can and do go wrong from time to time. That does not bother me that much but how a society resolves the issue is very important to me. I an issue with a small ISA which went unnoticed for some time. After pointing out the error, I felt that I had personal attention right up to time of resolution. Faith restored!
