If you are a retailer then this conpany is for you id you are a customer then they will do nothing to help even when you state goods were not fit for purpose they no way could lay any blame with there retailer and revoked tour rights to return the goods as unfit for purpose if you do you not only lose what ever payments you have made but would also incur further charges luckly i have paid of the outstanding amout and i have been informed that it will take a full day for this payment to clear when infact it is in their account within 2hrs if you are offered finance via this conpany i advise you check your rights as as far as i was cocerned iwas advised pay up or shut up Reviewed on: 10th May 2023

Good service but.....

Ok, firstly, I should say that as with all car finance companies the interest rate you're going to be charged is higher than if you took out a personal loan - however the service received from Blue Motor Finance was good - albeit with a few areas that they need to improve on. My only issue is that if you want to make an overpayment to reduce the term or amount on agreement is a faff. You have to email or call them, they then send you a email with a PDF attached with a "quote" for overpayment and sometimes they ask for "proof of funds" requiring you to send in a bank statement??? Really?... which to me seems daft especially when overpayments are made by BACS transfer only. You either have the funds or you don't. I suspect this is most likely to stop money laundering however considering they credit checks that are needed in the first place to take out a finance agreement, it does seem to be a barrier to anyone wanting to make an overpayment and is just a pain. At present there is no system in place to setup a regular "standing order" for overpayments and this whole set of nonsense has to be gone through every single time. Painfully backwards. Used blue finance to pay car over 3 yr , never once had a problem, final payment yesterday and I contacted them just to make sure it was final payment before cancelling dd, quick response verifying this , not looking for another car at moment but wouldn’t hesitate at using this company again Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Worst finance company

The worst finance company I have ever dealt with. Took first payment before I had got my vehicle, then when I asked for a one month payment break they wouldn’t help without impacting my credit rating. So I’ve decided to early settlement. £1750 front loaded interest, settled the agreement on month 7 of 25 and got a reduction of £700. Legalised robbery. They just fill you with waffle and 100pages of indecipherable jargon. AVOID Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
