No benefits for loyalty

I've had the account for 25 years, it now pays no interest and the 'upgrade' to advance happened automatically, everybody else got Î£200 to switch to it. The online experience is slow and temperamental and the 'benefits' are lackluster and unimpressive. Yes i'm going to switch. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

The Helpful Bank

Just OK

I've been with HSBC for over 3 years now. Their customer service is fine. I've never had any complaints. The incentive towards royal customers like myself is zero. I was never offered anything. Good online

Not complete bastards

When it went wrong they sorted it already

Compensation for switch taking more than 7 days, and bottle of wine for getting interest on isa wrong. Reviewed on: 7th November 2017
