NEED MORE HUMANS

Be the bank that stands out for having lots of real people in their branches. I'm sick to death of spending 10 minutes paying my cash into a machine because it keeps spitting it back out because of a crease or bend or a bit of writing! More counters with humans please. Great variety & best switch incentive
