Unfortunately I had need to use my car insurance when my car was knocked by another and damaged the wind mirror. My exchanges with Axa were pleasant and helpful , they have kept ,me informed throughout the process and were quick to deal with my claim. So I have bought insurance this year with Axa and they could not have been better. Everything is online therefore there are no admin charges if you want to make amendments as its all online. Great service throughout Reviewed on: 29th August 2015

A friendly, cheap car insurance option

I switched to AXA for my car insurance last year, as they offered me a better deal than my previous car insurer. I have had to make one claim, an accident that was not my fault. AXA were helpful and calm on the phone just after the incident, which really helped, and got me a replacement car within the day. Although the claims process took a while to get my money back, they kept me informed along the way, and providing they are cheap at renewal time, I will stay with them. Reviewed on: 28th August 2015

I first found Axa car insurance through a comparison site 3 years ago and have been with them ever since. They have been easy to deal with and very helpful when I've needed to call. I have never had a problem with them. Every year I recheck the comparison sites for a better deal and then contact Axa to get them to match and every year they have been able to match the more well known insurance companies which is good enough for me as it has saved me over £700 in the last 2 years. great customer service shame about the price

joined this company for car insurance as cheaper quote at the time of renewal. I have recently rang up to change me policy as i brought a new car, although the staff was helpful and polite when speaking to them and quick and great customer service the price my quote went up to was quite shocking. Axa provides great value on their car insurance products and their staff are very helpful, respectful, courteous and professional. Any issues are dealt with efficiently and with minimum time and fuss and a comparison of their products with other car insurance companies illustrates Axa to be leading the way in how to treat the customer fairly.
