Switching to Nationwide was the best decision ever I switched to Nationwide a few years ago after poor service from a bank I had been with for over 40 years. It was the best decision I have ever made. Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

Brilliant banking

I changed my bank account over in 2023 after becoming dissatisfied at my bank closing all branches within 25 miles of me. The experience has been excellent from the start. They offered an incentive to switch, the switch was smooth, the app is so easy to use and understand, they offer great savings rates to members and last but not least, they offer rewards to loyal customers. Nationwide has been by far my best mobile experience!

Nationwide has been by far my best mobile experience! They're app is super simple, easy to use and understand. I'd also add that Nationwide's customer service is brilliant, they're quick to reply, clear with their reasonings and easy to contact. Reviewed on: 28th February 2024

Efficient and easy to use

I find Nationwide Flexaccount easy to use whether that be using the app, online banking or in person at a branch. I have several savings accounts with them and find it easy to transfer money internally, but also to transfer money to an account I have with another branch. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
