How to feel valued and appreciated.

I always feel valued and welcomed at Nationwide with always a person to help me when necessary. Rarely do I have a problem but always is it very soon sorted out. I also get interest on the money in my account. Nothing is too much for the staff to help you. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Ver pleased with Nationwide's Flex account

Have had this account - in various forms - for over ten years. Always happy with customer service. The app is user-friendly and allows me to stay on top of my finance and transactions.
