Operations should talk to Marketing.

I was very satisfied with the way the Brightside agent handled my renewal on the telephone. Although it was in his brief to sell more product he didn't become 'pushy' when I decided whether or not to enhance my policy with additional benefits. My only complaint is that since renewing my insurance, I have had about three emails and two paper mail reminders that it is time to renew and giving me quotes - it looks like the Marketing team have not been made aware that the deed is already done. Saved money by renewing my car insurance with Brightside but did not get no claims protection which was clearly advertised on comparethemarket.com that it was included.

Overall I found the website easy to navigate and was pleased I saved money by renewing my car insurance with Brightside. However i felt somewhat mislead and a little cheated by your quote on Comparethemarket. com that clearly stated No Claims Protection was Encluded but actually it was not! Brightside, please check the details for my quote and correct the details of what is included with the policy. Not receiving the No Claims Protection has soured my experience and it puts a question mark on trust Reviewed on: 5th May 2017

Excellent Car Insurers

Brightside Insurers are a most excellent and extremely competitive insurers. They came out the best to insure my car from a search of hundreds of online companies who didn't change the quote like the majority of companies do when I called them to confirm and go through my online quote. The team seem highly experienced and like most companies I didn't feel pressured to buy the extra add-ons. This company makes me feel Confident. Way too pushy on aftersales for extra services

On the day my insurance policy renewed I received a phone call from Brightside Addons. The man started trying to sell me legal cover straight away. I stated I was at work and too busy to talk and asked for a call back at 2pm the following day. I was busy at work the following day but was called by Brightside multiple times that day and the day following that one also. Very pushy to call multiple times on a daily basis. I would have entertained a conversation but decided against discussing after that level of pushy behaviour. Reviewed on: 28th April 2017
