Easy way to activate my new insurance

Everything made so easy unlike my last experiences Reviewed on: 13th January 2017

Rubbish

Do not use these I missed one payment due to a illness resulting in hospital I had transferred my money a couple of days before and didn't transfer it back on time. They decided to cancel my premium and would not reinstate they refuse to let me pay and I've made 9 payments on time missed one. No communication there words it's up to you to get intouch!! Hahaha have you tried to call these I work all day they say 8 till 8 but in fact they told me over the phone they leave at 6. No letter or email my way they said it's because of Christmas!! What a load of pants all my other mail arrives!! Some times things happen and missing one payment should not result in you loosing everything!! Disgusting do not go near!! Took my money and ran

I purchased my insurance through their website seemed easy enough. A month later I got a notice saying my policy had been cancled due to international drivers license. The letters and and emails came the same day as the cancellation so I was given no time to make changes to keep my policy. Also the same day the took out the payment for the policy. I called and was told that I owed them money. I ended up out well over 200 quid with only one month of car insurance that should have only cost 56 pounds. Absolute muppets

terrible websites, staff give you conflicting messages and they do all they can to wriggle out of paying. I know 4 people who have made very legitimate and standard claims and have been waiting months following complaining for a sensible outcome. This company is on its knees, given the way they operate! Very bad service & day light rubbery

Cancelled policy with a Charge of nearly 100 pounds Cancellation fee for no logical or valid reason; reason - bad under writer policy; Stay away complete rip off and unprofessional. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

scandalous

sorting insurance for friend (to old to understand computers) paid deposit then got a letter saying they going to cancel unles text them docs sent docs 3 times then emailed them as claimed never recieved them, sent 20 emails whilst on phone they got all them , just recieved another insurance cancelation letter 3 months in this time as they say never said where vehicle parked overnight???? ITS ON THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION DINGBATS are they just out to scam as much cash as they can, now contacting comparison sites to have them removed. Vile Company

After having insurance for a year with them, I am STILL waiting to get my NCD out of them. This has been going on for two weeks now. I am told it hasn't been sent out, then it has, then it hasn't then I will receive it by close of business. This is a disgusting way to carry on I am furious and I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman. They have no right to withold my NCD yet they are and they are now saying there is a problem with my email address - strange that they can send me seven reminders to reinsurance but the NCD they have an issue with my email address.
