Avoid this company

insured my car via brightside and sent the correct information. 5 days later claimed they could not read my details or access my driver details via a DVLA code so cancelled my policy at a cost of £89 for set up and administration fee. Now 1 month later want £59 even though I was only insured with them for 2 weeks. ..... money grabbing company do not say you have not been warned Reviewed on: 17th February 2016

AVOID - con people out of deposit

Charged £76 to set up policy then told 3 weeks later policy was cancelled due to information with held. Explained I couldn't get a picture of the back of my drivers licence but sent them the code from DVLA. Weren't interested and are now charging £45 to cancel the already cancelled policy. Con Artists

Wanted car insurance for my grandson i was helping my daughter to change her car insurance at the same time my fault i put her date of birth down for my granson when they discovered this they cancelled the insurance I had paid a deposit Which in thge smallprint of their policy I repeat in the small print of their policy which you can't read untill you purchase the said policy states that deposits are non refundable they cancelled the policy in Christmas day and then sent emails after a phone call to say that the policy was cancelled on the 29th more money for them the upshot is it cost me the deposit plus 55 pound for them to cancel the policy my advice to anyone is AVOID THIS COMPANY and go with someone who you can trust Reviewed on: 30th December 2015

DREADFULL

CAR INSURANCE SENT ALL RELEVANT DTAILS REQUIRED EMAILS TO PROVE SAID THEY HADNT RECIEVED THEM CANCELLED MY POLICY THEN WANTED £45 FOR POLICY BEING CANCELLED SINCE THIS AWFUL INCIDENT NUMEROUS PEOPLE SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE SAID SCAM COMPANY THIS IS THERE TRICK SAYING HAVENT RECICIED DOCUMENTATIONS THEN CANCELLING YOUR POLICY FOR FEES BIG CAM BEWARE Reviewed on: 9th December 2015
