By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Outstanding customer service. So easy to use the miles tracker app. I love how you can contact customer services with an easy in app chat message and they get back to you so quickly via email if you cannot stay on chat.
