By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I was recommended to ByMiles. Couldn't believe the saving I was to make in comparison to my usual car insurance. My annual mileage is quite low so the idea of only paying for the miles you drive is brilliant for me. Their customer service is also excellent. Very glad I switched my policy to them this year. Excellent insurance services, very friendly customer services department, no wait time to speak to an advisor, Hats off to the people who set this up, I wish more companies followed the way you setup this company.
