By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

great offers and customer service

Customer Service responds accurately and in immediately within the reason, without any delays nor excuses. I add that it is "role model" for other CSs. They(members of CS) are always willing to help, answer each and "silly" question. Their advices are appreciated. No problems so far and it's my second ,and hopefully not last year with this insurer. I recommended to all my friends and even strangers at every opportunity. The price is good, too as it is the whole idea of saving the planet, our health and finances to pay when you drive and think twice instead doing unnecessary mileage. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020

Great for new drivers

The great thing about the insurance is you only pay some of it which is affordable. The rest of the insurance is paid as you go every month which means you are not penalised for not having money upfront which other insurers do. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020

By Miles has saved me a lot of money compared to other insurers! I was 25 when I took out this policy. I didn’t drive my car much during the beginning of lockdown and ended up paying something like £3 for that month! It’s great. I also love the app you get which calculates your mileage.
