So far, feel like it's definitely value for money.

I am a new customer. The strange times we are living in, my income's taken a big reduction but my car is still essential for running my young family around. I am loving the fact that I only get charged for when I use the car. The tracking app is excellent, helping me budget my monthly expenditure. So far, very good! Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

The perfect pandemic insurance?

As I mainly use a van for my business during the week, I only really use my car for the weekend and By Miles car insurance is perfect for my needs! I save so much money rather than having the conventional insurance as I don't drive many miles. With taking on work becoming a struggle during the pandemic and not being able to really drive anywhere using the car during lockdown, the money saved by using By Miles insurance gave help to my finances. I must also point out that the customer service By Miles offer is second to none! Do easy to get in touch with, quick to respond and always happy to help, its almost like texting your friend!
