By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great company and policies

since the outset this has been the best car insurance I have had. The best bit was the renewal. It was lower than last year. Finally a company that looks after it customers. I liked it so much I got my wife on it as well. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Excellent value insurance!

Just renewed my By-Miles policy for the second year and I'm delighted with the policy! If I ever have a query the customer services team are excellent and the app is brilliant. It clearly shows me the miles I have driven and the cost of each journey, the tracker even allows me to view any faults with my car and even shows me where my car is. The customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond, it makes a nice change to speak to a human being quickly without having to press lots of options. My insurance cost per mile has even gone down this year. Feels like a very fair policy, and truly is an very affordable option for someone who doesn't do many miles. Would highly recommend!
