At last an insurance that meets my needs

Most of my driving is local so being introduced to By Miles insurance by a friend, where after the initial deposit I am only charged for the miles I drive was very appealing. The Miles Tracker was easy to fit in my car and I can see all the miles I have done using their app. The staff were very helpful with my initial queries. Would highly recommend By Miles. Don't know why nobody thought of this before !

perfect car insurance for someone who doesn't drive many miles, why should I pay as much as someone who drives more miles! It also has the added benefit of providing a tracker devise free of charge! Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

I have found the Holy Grail

I am a retired citizen and only use my car now and again. Paying by the mile makes such a difference and it's much cheaper than conventional policies with all the extras at no additional costs. Very easy to setup and use the Bymiles app. The whole process of applying for the insurance, setting up the control box and communication was first class. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Easy, convenient, low cost

What's not to like? Great idea which lets me pay for insurance monthly (but without any interest costs or fees). I don't do that many miles but of the few longer trips I've made, most have been over 150 miles a day so I don't pay more than the cap. All in I think it is an economical and fair way to buy car insurance. The box plugs into a socket in the car and takes a couple of seconds. Perfect in every way.....

Simple and easy to use, basic english and to the point.. Nothing is a worry. Answer questions and concerns with ease, by text, by email, by app and by phone. Friendy and super knowledgeable staff that treat you like a customer, person and always have the time for you. Love the ap, able to keep a eye on everthing to do with car... Awesome concept and great customer service!

I only discovered By Miles recently and I really liked the concept as I’m not driving as much now and this helps me save a lot of money on my annual bill. The referral scheme is also great as I get money off as well as the person using the referral so it’s a win win. I had issues in the beginning while getting the policy but the customer service was extremely helpful and sorted out immediately. Great value car insurance for those driving less!
