By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Fair price car insurance

This car insurance is perfect for me and I'm sure averyone who has taken it out will say the same. Easy to set up, monthly payments, fully inclusive, protected no claims bonus. I drive very low mileage which means I get full benefit from this insurance which has a great value main cover then a very reasonable charge let mile thereafter. The more you drive the more you pay, which I believe is a very fair poljcy. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Excellent Insurance service provider. Find it easy enough to get through to customer service. Not had an accident so haven't dealt with them on that side of things. I was unhappy that even though I was renewing my insurance my premium was higher than the previous year! Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Driving as much as I do for work bymiles helps loads. I do over 30k a year and only pay for 10k. I don't understand why more people who do lots of miles sign up instead of being stung by other insurance companies. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

I found out about By Miles from MoneySavings.com during the Pandemic. Unfortunately, I had to make a claim within a few months. Everything was handled well despite being in the 3rd Lockdown, at that stage. My car was taken away, repaired and returned to my home address. I was given a brand new cover car.
